According to the festival promoters Foo Fighters cancelled their appearance at the festival due to Dave getting injured the previous day.
Two days prior, Dave told the crowd at a show in Ireland that Tony, the interpretative dancer who had danced with both Nirvana and Foo Fighters in the past, hugged him so hard that he broke one of his ribs.
It is believed this was the injury that forced the cancellation but not confirmed.
