Grohl was at Sound City in summer 2004 for another guest musician slot, this time with industrial rockers Nine Inch Nails. Frontman Trent Reznor invited him to the studio to record drum tracks for six songs and percussion on a seventh. The songs were included on their fourth studio album, ‘With Teeth’.
